REQUIREMENTS

This role assists advisors in servicing clients, primarily focusing on financial planning and managing client relationships. Responsibilities include:

  • Proactively lead, coordinate, and ensure smooth execution of all aspects of client relationships, taking responsibility for administrative and analytical tasks so that nothing is overlooked.
  • Client engagement logistics - including scheduling, meeting preparation, follow-up, and implementing recommendations - ensuring these tasks are completed accurately and on time so senior advisors can stay focused on strategic advising.
  • Analyze client data and model scenarios to produce actionable insights, presenting options that assist senior advisors in developing personalized planning and investment recommendations.
  • Actively collaborate with external professionals (CPAs, attorneys, insurance agents) to coordinate and progress client work, ensuring efficient, prompt communication and resolution without unnecessary delays.
  • Regularly research, anticipate, and share insights on financial strategies, industry trends, and regulatory updates to enhance client recommendations and establish the firm as a thought leader.
  • Ensure a smooth, proactive onboarding experience for new clients and deliver high-quality contributions to ad hoc projects, recognizing that these efforts directly support business development and growth.
  • Identify, recommend improvements, and volunteer for projects that enhance client experience and operational efficiency, consistently seeking ways to streamline processes and deliver higher value to clients
